Testing
During consultation with all clients, I carry out the basic health tests such as Blood Pressure, Height, Weight and Body Mass Index.
I do, however, offer the opportunity for a full Fitness Test which will take into account your Flexibility, Co-ordination, Resting and Maximum Heart Rate, Lung Condition, Strength, Mobility, Cardio-Vascular and Cardio-Respiratory condition.
This will enable you to improve, by offering you targets, agreed by both of us which are realistic and achievable. As a Sports Therapy Lecturer, I teach fitness testing in a local college/school and am always looking for volunteers for a Free Fitness Test.
