Hypnotherapy
and
Hypno-Psychotherapy
Hypnosis allows for a deeply relaxed state in which mental and physical tension can be significantly reduced. In this relaxed state the mind is understood to be more open to the process of change.
Hypnotherapy makes use of hypnosis, relaxation techniques and coaching to help people achieve
Positive Personal Change: helping them to deal effectively with life-problems that may have developed into self-limiting thoughts and behaviours. It is not the situation but our reaction to it that causes us to experience feelings of stress and anxiety. It is the openness to change achieved in hypnosis that empowers us to quickly learn new and effective ways of reacting to situations that had previously caused us to experience those feelings.
Hypno-Psychotherapy combines hypnosis with counselling and psychotherapy to enable people to gain insight into their problems and conditions and so move forward using an agreed therapeutic approach. The client and therapist work together to achieve positive and lasting results that enhance mental, physical and emotional well being.
Hypnotherapy and Hypno-psychotherapy are effective and helpful with many more issues than the small sample listed below. If you would like to have a confidential conversation about how I can help you to move forward through
Positive Personal Change please call or email me.
