I am a qualified personal trainer, and will, after a full fitness test, work out a programme that you will be able to achieve, regardless of your fitness level, age, condition or disability.
This could be to enable you to lose weight, improve your performance in sports or your lifestyle in general. I have also a great deal of experience in dealing with heart-related recovery programmes, having been on the receiving end of heart surgery many years ago.
The main reassurance in my personal training methods is that your fitness programme at whatever level will be realistic and tailored to suit YOU.
