Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. 

It is administered by "laying on hands" The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy." 

A Reiki treatment feels like a wonderful warm glow that flows through and around your body. Reiki treats the whole person, body, emotions, mind and spirit the benefits include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and general wellbeing. 

Reiki is a natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use and benefit from. It has been effective in helping practically every known illness It works well with all other medical or therapeutic techniques and helps relieve side effects and encourages a faster recovery. 

An incredibly straightforward technique to learn, it is transferred to the student during a Reiki classes, during an "attunement" given by a Reiki tutor and allows the student to experience the natural energy force to improve your own health and improve the quality of life.
